About Dr Paul Elgey
Twenty years of medicine meets
aesthetic artistry.
Dr Paul Elgey is a GMC-registered medical doctor (GMC 4711539) who qualified in 2000 at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. For more than 20 years his work has centred on diagnosis, physiology, anatomy, and clinical responsibility — long before dermal fillers and regenerative injectables became everyday conversation — and that clinical foundation is what he now brings to aesthetic medicine.
With over 20 years in medicine and a Level 7 Diploma in Injectables, his approach is deliberately conservative: natural, undetectable results that restore what time has changed rather than alter who you are. First-time patients are deliberately started on lower doses and reviewed at around 2 weeks, because a little more can always be added but an over-treated result has to be waited out. A GP background means he assesses the whole patient, not just the feature in front of him — pattern recognition and risk assessment forged over years of clinical practice, not learnt on a weekend course.
The clinic offers 6 core treatment categories — anti-wrinkle injections, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, polynucleotide regenerative injectables, skin boosters and biostimulators, UltraClear laser resurfacing, and a signature full-face rejuvenation programme. Every patient pathway begins with a doctor-led consultation, where goals and concerns are discussed and the most appropriate plan is designed around you. The Marylebone clinic runs four days a week, Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday.
