Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Carefully dosed anti-wrinkle injections soften expression lines across the forehead, frown, and crow’s feet while keeping your face mobile and authentic. Also used for medical indications including jaw clenching, a bulky jawline, and excessive sweating. Conservative dosing for natural, movement-preserving results.

Dermal Fillers

Premium hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, tear troughs, and non-surgical rhinoplasty. A GP-trained eye assesses the whole face for balance and proportion, never a single feature. Fully dissolvable if a result does not feel right at review.

Polynucleotides

A regenerative injectable using purified DNA fragments that stimulates the skin’s own collagen and elastin while improving elasticity, repair, and tissue quality from within. Used for under-eye texture, fine lines, and overall skin health. Typically delivered as a short course of sessions.

Skin Boosters & Biostimulators

Injectable bioremodellers and collagen biostimulators — Profhilo, Sunekos, JULÄINE, and Radiesse — that hydrate the skin and stimulate collagen for firmer, more luminous quality without changing face shape. The right product and protocol is chosen at a doctor-led consultation.

UltraClear Laser Resurfacing

UltraClear is a cold-fibre laser platform for skin resurfacing — targeting fine lines, texture, tone, and early signs of ageing with controlled downtime. A doctor-led assessment confirms suitability and sets the protocol for your skin type and goals.

Signature Full Face Rejuvenation

A personalised, doctor-led plan that restores balance, proportion, and freshness across the whole face rather than treating one feature in isolation. Combines injectables, regenerative treatments, and skin work into a single considered programme, sequenced over time for natural results.

"I had a great experience with Paul for lip filler and Sunekos injections. He is attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my facial structure, how it moved to ensure a nice balanced and natural look. Also appreciate that he isn’t afraid to say no to more treatments so that things don’t look overdone. Will always be happy to recommend!"

"I went to Dr Elgey and had 4 mls of dermal filler which he strategically placed in the temples, cheeks and chin and I am honestly blown away by the results. It’s a real game changer! I went in feeling super nervous but Dr Elgey is so knowledgeable, professional and warm - I quickly felt at ease. We spoke at length about my concerns and then he advised me on where the filler should be placed to get the best results. I had absolutely no bruising afterwards and swelling was minimal. The result is so natural but I look so much younger and fresher. I honestly wish I had done it sooner."

"Paul is fantastic. He uses his experience to understand what you’re looking for and advise on what may work, he does not push or upsell any treatments and he has a real creativity and specialises in achieving a natural result. I trust his knowledge and skills, and his ethics."

"I have been seeing Dr. Paul for over 3/4 years for a combination of treatments and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His professionalism and meticulous attention to detail are second to none — he truly is a perfectionist in his work. He always takes the time to listen, explain the procedure, and ensure I feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Paul to anyone considering aesthetic treatments — his ability to deliver natural enhancements is truly outstanding."

Twenty years of medicine meets
aesthetic artistry.

Dr Paul Elgey is a GMC-registered medical doctor (GMC 4711539) who qualified in 2000 at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. For more than 20 years his work has centred on diagnosis, physiology, anatomy, and clinical responsibility — long before dermal fillers and regenerative injectables became everyday conversation — and that clinical foundation is what he now brings to aesthetic medicine.

With over 20 years in medicine and a Level 7 Diploma in Injectables, his approach is deliberately conservative: natural, undetectable results that restore what time has changed rather than alter who you are. First-time patients are deliberately started on lower doses and reviewed at around 2 weeks, because a little more can always be added but an over-treated result has to be waited out. A GP background means he assesses the whole patient, not just the feature in front of him — pattern recognition and risk assessment forged over years of clinical practice, not learnt on a weekend course.

The clinic offers 6 core treatment categories — anti-wrinkle injections, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers, polynucleotide regenerative injectables, skin boosters and biostimulators, UltraClear laser resurfacing, and a signature full-face rejuvenation programme. Every patient pathway begins with a doctor-led consultation, where goals and concerns are discussed and the most appropriate plan is designed around you. The Marylebone clinic runs four days a week, Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday.

Your journey,
step by step

Doctor-Led Consultation

Every plan begins with a consultation with Dr Elgey himself — covering your goals, concerns, and medical history, with a whole-face assessment informed by 20 years of clinical practice. You leave with an honest, costed plan and no pressure to proceed on the day.

Treatment

Performed by a medical doctor using only regulated products and CE-marked devices, with conservative first dosing for natural, movement-preserving results. Hyaluronic acid filler is fully dissolvable, and treatment-specific aftercare is explained at the appointment.

Aftercare & Review

Aftercare instructions are provided at the appointment and where appropriate a review is arranged — particularly important for first-time filler patients, to assess how a result has settled and address any refinement before it is considered complete.

Common
questions

Will I look overfilled or frozen?

No. The whole philosophy here is natural, undetectable results — to restore what time has changed, not to alter who you are. Anti-wrinkle injections are precisely dosed so natural movement remains, and filler is placed conservatively for facial harmony rather than volume for its own sake.

What are Dr Elgey’s credentials?

Dr Paul Elgey is a GMC-registered medical doctor who qualified in 2000 and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). He holds a Level 7 Diploma in Injectables and has over 20 years of clinical experience. Every treatment is performed by the doctor himself, not delegated.

Why does a GP background matter for aesthetics?

A GP is trained to look at the whole patient, not just the feature in front of them. That means your medical history, facial anatomy, and overall balance all inform the plan. Pattern recognition and risk assessment are forged over years of clinical responsibility, not a weekend course.

Do the treatments hurt, and is there downtime?

Most people find injections very tolerable — similar to quick pinpricks — and numbing cream is used where helpful. Downtime is usually minimal and most patients return to daily activities immediately. Strenuous exercise is best avoided for 24 hours, and alcohol on the day of treatment to reduce bruising.

How soon will I see results?

It depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections show initial softening within a few days and full effect at around two weeks, lasting roughly three to four months. Regenerative treatments such as polynucleotides and skin boosters work more gradually, improving skin quality over a course of sessions.

How do I book a consultation?

Every treatment begins with a doctor-led consultation. Share your goals and concerns by email or phone and we will arrange a time at the Marylebone clinic, where Dr Elgey will assess your face and guide you through the most appropriate, honestly costed treatment plan. There is no obligation to proceed.
